You will love the location of Punta Playa Vistas and the community. The only reason the owners are selling this condo is because they now want to build a house in the same community.
Punta playa Vistas is located in a rural area, very quiet and safe feeling, on unpaved roads.
There are 3 beautiful beaches located near us. The closest beach, Pirates Bay, is a 7-10 minute walk. There is an Italian run seafood restaurant right on the beach. You can fish with the locals from here, "local" style.
Another favorite beach for swimming and paddle boarding and snorkeling is playa Minas. It's a very short drive, IT's not uncommon for this beach to be totally isolated, except for maybe a local diving for lobster and octopus. Sea Turtles lay eggs on Playa Minas and Pirates Bay.
Playa Conchal is just as close and great for swimming and paddle boarding.
Nearby Dining and Shopping:
On the 5 kms of dirt roads, there is another Italian restaurant where you can get homemade pizza and pasta from a charming Italian couple. Matapalo has a local style grocery store which you can grab most things is just 12 minutes away. There is a large grocery store in Huacas (15 minutes). Playa Flamingo, Tamarindo, and playa Grande are 20 to 25 minutes. Brasalito is closer. Good food in all places and in between.
Monkeys visit our community and you will see them in the area often. There are parakeets, parrots, coatis etc. The community has it's on well and water system. There is a small pool and rancho with a gas grill.
We have a yard on the side where we put our kayaks and paddle boards, and can just throw our floats etc. the wrap around porch, very convenient.
Future Development:
Currently the 2nd building is under construction. A large nice pool and clubhouse will be built after phase II is completed. There is a playground near the entrance.
