As of March 1st, 2011, we have currently sold two of the 8 equal fractions priced at $395,000 per unit. This unique opportunity allows true ownership in a home most people can only dream of which can be utilized for vacation or as a corporate/executive retreat.  This means you will own 1/8 of the house, be entitled to 1/8 of the time utilization (approximately 6 weeks per year) and share in 1/8 of the expenses (estimated at $8,500 per year per fraction).  The house is owned outright with no bank or other debt so there is no financial risk.

Every owner will get equal utilization of Holidays and peak season weeks as time usage rotates each year. To ensure each trip is memorable, Casa Big Sur is turn-key so that during your vacation you get to enjoy 100% of your time without the headaches of home ownership as most of us have come to know. 

Your time is your time and is meant to provide ultimate flexibility of ownership.
